This Privacy Policy applies to the Flora app (hereafter referred to as "Application") for iOS devices, created by Double E Studio (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a free service, "AS IS".

The Application does not collect any personal information. No registration or login is required to use the Application.
The only data stored is user preferences (such as bookmarked flowers), which are saved locally on the device and are never transmitted or shared externally.
Location Information
The Application does not request or collect precise real-time location information from your device at any time.
Third-Party Access
Since the Application does not collect personal information, no data is shared with any third parties. The Application operates entirely offline and does not communicate with external servers.
The botanical images and content provided in the Application are released under CC0 (public domain) or equivalent free-to-use licenses.
Internet Access
Flora does not require an internet connection to function. All flower content, such as images, descriptions, and fun facts, is bundled directly within the application and stored on your device.
Children
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us at doublee.studio.team@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
Security
The Application does not transmit or store personal information externally, which means there is no risk of unauthorised access to user data through the Application. All locally stored preferences are protected by the standard iOS device security model.
