This Privacy Policy applies to the The Grove - Sleep Sound app (hereafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Michele Cipriani and Edoardo Bazzotti (hereafter referred to as "Service Provider"). The service is currently Free, with the possibility of introducing optional premium features in the future. The Application is provided "AS IS".
The Application does not collect any personal information. Registration or login is not required to use the Application.
The only information stored is user preferences and settings (e.g., theme, selected sounds), which are saved locally on the device using shared_preferences and are not transmitted or shared externally.
The Application does not collect precise real-time location information from your device.
Since the Application does not collect personal information, no data is shared with third parties. The sounds and videos provided in the Application are released under CC0 (public domain) or equivalent free-to-use licenses.
Website Contact Form: If you contact us through our website contact form, your submitted information (name, email, and message) is processed by our Data Processor, Tally.so, a GDPR-compliant form service based in the EU. We have a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Tally.so (which is included in their Terms of Service) to ensure your data is handled securely and in accordance with legal requirements. Your data is used only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. You have the right to request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you prefer not to use this form, you can contact us directly at doublee.studio.team@gmail.com.
To provide the Sound Library feature, the Application uses Cloudflare R2 services to host and deliver audio content. When you browse or download sounds from the library, your device communicates directly with Cloudflare's servers. This interaction is technically necessary to deliver the content to your device.
We do not use these services to track your activity or collect personal data for marketing purposes. The downloaded content is stored locally on your device for offline use.
The Application is not directed to children under 13.
No personally identifiable information is knowingly collected from children. Parents and guardians are encouraged to supervise their children when using the app.

The Application does not transmit or store personal information externally, so there is no risk of unauthorized access to user data. Local preferences are stored securely on the device.
